[GAMEPLAY] Fizz can be slain in victory or defeat screens

When playing as Fizz, You are able to die in either the victory or defeat screens in this way:

1. Be fizz
2. Win or lose game with enemies around
3. Before nexus dies, Press e to become untargettable so that you are untargettable when the game ends
4. When the victory/defeat screen displays, Fizz will return to being able to be killed as he would regularly be in game, being able to die to things such as global ults, skillshots and damaging items (Etc.)
