I bought $35 RP and I didn't receive any RP. It says in my bank account that I bought one but it's not showing up. I thought there was just a display bug until I tried buying and it says "Not enough RP". Can you guys fix this? If not how can I refund this?

Try re-logging first to see if that fixes the problem.

If not, file a support ticket found here and remember to attach a picture of your bank statement! Good luck, I hope it works out for you!
