Malzahar ulti bug

Hello I've just bought malzahar and i just realise that some enemyes dont give a damn if i use on them. The description is pretty clear "suppress" your enemy...it does NOT mention moving or using skills...coz if that was the case it would have been a ulti same as vel just a beam that u need to aim it at urnemy. So far zed , viktor and even vayne...not to mention ez and tris were able to add a so called BUG and they kinda go arround the initial effect of the spell. Meaning that zed could ulti and attack with no problem, vayne using the Q , and ez and tris obvious using jump/teleport....i might say that with ez and tris is kinda ok but zed that is total bug...he was just attacking me with np. I think fixing bugs comes first and updates on new champs maps etc is ALLWAYS second BUT...when money comes first RIOT dont give a damn. All i want is a quick fix on the next update and no other coments. It's a bug and all know it and needs a fix. I'm the Riot team can handle this right ? ...RIGHT ? ...i hope so

Did they have a Mercurial Scimitar? MS cleanses any cc effects, suppression being one of them, and it can be used during your ult. This may have been the case with these instances, especially since many of those champions can utilize MS in their kits. If this was the case, I could see how it could appear as a bug, when in reality it isn't one.

all was np if it was idk olafs ulti or something like that. But...to use that MS as u mention is just ridiculous since im at least 90% sure none of the enemies used that item. Plus rarely players use it...still even so it was too much of a coincidence. because the target WAS NOT MOVING still taking dmg and YET still using skills...again i want to mention that its fine with idk vaynes Q but getting stuck after using coz of malz ulti BUT dont use skills WHILE ULTI IS ON WTF...i still dont get it and nobody else is saying anything like its normal and im the idiot...again lame comunity...idk why i even bother to type
