[Gameplay] Minimap giving false vision

Whilst playing, I noticed that the right in the middle of top and bottom lane of the minimap were lit up as if vision was present there, but would not show enemy minions or champions until vision was properly gained from minions or otherwise. Could be a clarity issue as it may confuse people into having vision in areas where they don't.
