[GAMEPLAY] Couldn't buy raptors cloak in a game of aram

I was doing a game of aram with nami and I wanted to buy raptors cloak for a banner of command, but I couldn´t buy it. I had the money, the inventory space but I just couldnt buy it. I even sold an item to check if the bug was caused by the fact that the cloth armor that I already didnt ´´belong´´ in the banner of command recipe, but I still couldnt buy it.

Long story short: I wanted to buy raptors cloak, but I couldn't because of a bug
