Several bugs/ glitches or issues with Veigar (Q and Stun issues)

First off one i know for sure is a bug, If you land your Q on a minion right before it gets a hit by something or someone else which kills it, it will wrongfully make the sound as if you gain the Ability power which you dont also the Final boss skin will display the Wand above Veigar's head as if he got the AP he didnt and shouldnt get since it wasnt the killing AP.

Also when using veigars stun enemy champions have a very short moment of being able to use theyre ability, like if they charge through the stun while spamming another ability then even while stunned as the charge finished they get to throw the 2nd ability, also seen it happening with Thresh lantern through the stun a blitz landed on the other side and while stunned, used his grab.
