Specific accounts have extreme lags

This happens EVERY game on THIS specific account only, the game is literally unplayable on this account. I've come across this bug on a account earlier but didnt think it was the account. This is NOT any internet problem or pc problem. Everything is perfect as fast as i log on to another account. I'd appreciate help since this lag literally makes the game unplayable. Thanks in advance.
