Bug - Short Description of Bug: Jayce's Hyper Charge

Hello, here to report a bug with Jayce on patch 5.11. After logging into the client and starting a custom game with Jayce with bots, I found that when you activate Jayce's W (Hyper Charge) then switch to Hammer form, Jayce's next 3 attacks under the Hyper Charge buff does no damage. Upon remaking another bot game, the same results were produced.
