Client crashing and heavily lagging after the patch

I have a lot of stuff that happened since the patch came out only 2 days ago (or if you want, even one today when Sylas was released).

Problem 1: While in-game, ms spikes are really common, and fps drops happen way too often. Now, I do live in an area with bad internet, and I have been getting ping spikes for years, but they were never this intensive and common, while my internet is working pretty fine, and I am playing, my ms just randomly jumps from 30-60 to 700-1000 and completely makes the game unplayable, as I cannot cast or move. FPS Drops are also a common thing since the patch came out, and while I have been playing on fair 50-80 fps for quite a while, I get an fps drop in-game when my FPS drops to roughly 10-20 and stays like that for at least 5-6 minutes. Another example is my girlfriend, who has been playing on 120-140 fps for an entire year, with no FPS drops or FPS ever going lower than 100, but since the patch came out, she has only 40-70 FPS, and when she does have the usual 120-140, it does not last long, because it just falls down again and stays like that.

Problem 2: Yesterday while we (me & my gf) were in a Ranked Solo/Duo game everything was going fine, until one moment, it was around 15th ot 20th minute, my gf ulted with Vel'Koz and as soon as ult animation appeared, my game froze and I heard a sound that a PC usually makes when it opens a window with an error message. But I was not able to just Alt-tab out of League, in fact, I was unable to do anything, Alt-tab did not work, alt-f4 was not working, ctrl-alt-del also did not do anything, so I had to turn it off using a button (Which is also my biggest nightmare, as it is bad for my PC, or any other PC out there and can cause problems to it). I turned it back on in a matter of 2 mins, logged back in, and tried to Reconnect. As you expected, I was unable to reconnect. I tried 3 more times, and only the 4th time (Ironic, cuz I was playing Jhin) it worked and actually reconnected me. It has been approx. 6 minutes that I was ''AFK'' and I just continued with the game, hoping not to get crashed again. It did not happen. Now here comes the interesting part. I played Okay, not bad, not too good, pretty solid, and we ended up Winning the game BUT it counted as a loss for me, and what could've been 2/0 (Potentially more) ended up triggering me and now I am at 5/3, when I could've at least been at 6/2 in placements. Riot, note to yourselves that I will not forgive you for this.

Problem 3: My friend finally came back to LoL, after a 2 month long pause, and we played normally before the patch, but today (NOTE: His 1st time on patch 9.2, as he was not online since January 21st) we wanted to play 3v3 Flex, and it just crashed him while we were in Loading Screen, and put him onto a 'Repair', we remade the game, and he went on to Practice Tool, just to test if it will crash him again. It didn't. Until we went on to paly 3v3 again, and he got to 40% in Loading Screen, and then it threw him back to 'Repair' once again, despite the fact client Repaired itself roughly 4-5 mins ago. IMPORTANT: He did not even get a message or Bugsplat, or anything that could've hinted towards the problem, it just plainly crashed him and when he reopened it started a Repair.

Everytime there is a new patch, a lot of people post about a lot of different bugs and problems they are dealing with, and this patch was reserved for me to do so I guess. Please can you explain this Riot, and why can't there be at least one patch where everything works fine after it is applied?

Thank you for taking your time to read this.

I just went into an ARAM game on my normal account and the ping was so badly unstable, easily bouncing from my normal 130ish to 300 (i play on na from the uk and i normally get a stable 130-140 ping) and if it was feeling slightly more rambunctious it'd hit 1k ping.

For me I wouldn't mind if I had a constant 240 odd ping (done it before), but having my ping jump about like crazy leaves no room for getting used to playing.

The PBE is literally more stable than normal servers right now. I'm just hoping this is temporary and I won't have to abandon my main account for a while.
