Can't start game

Hi all yesterday I cud not start a game. and as a result got demoted one devision, because I was on 0 points. But that resulted a punishment for low priorite que 20 mins befor game. I have played 3 games and still have it. I don't know how much it will continue but its very frustrtating and its making me play dota 2 ....... P.S. I just wona play League of legends and not paying for fuking bugs with my time and LP .... TY
