Am I the only one stuck in champ select ?

Ok so I know that EUW servers are in a bad position right now.
I just want to train with 
in co-op vs A.I mode, but it seems like the whole team is stuck in the champ select screen (see link).
Will I get a leavebuster if I leave, since it's counted as giving up on your team...
