[GAMEPLAY] Visual bug on champions' HP bar

So i played a ranked with my friend today. I was playing Malphite and he was playing mf. The bug started right when the game began. The issue was that the HP bar of a champion didn't show up on it's head, so i had to click each and every champion and then look in the top left corner to see their mana and HP. And it happened to my champion too. As Malphite and MF, i needed to see their mana and HP to know when to jump on the enemy team with my ult, so it ruined my whole match and now i am fucking tilted.

I don't really know how to reproduce this bug. I didn't do anything different in the loading screen. I just looked up on some stats sites for the enemy team, nothing special.

I also encountered something similar about 6 months or so ago, when i played with the same friend. I was playing Leona. It was pretty different though, because i couldn't see any kind of HUD, unlike now.

Same thing just occured in my last game with Miss Fortune, also from the beginning of the game untill the end. Of course it had to happen in my promos xD

Small addition: The minion health bars were still visible and when i pressed Tab, the information of all five team members was right on top of each other, so I could only see the supports.
