Survey IOS bug

I got a survey email and I am fairly sure it is ligitimately from riot games (hense why I'm posting here), when I went to take on my iPhone it I got through the first few questions without any problems, but when I got to the picture my phone would not display the pictures, it would only show a please select a picture option and not let me proceed.
