Mastery Chests Error

I got an A with Pyke a few months ago and got a mastery chest for him even though I never gotten S- or higher.

2 Days ago I got an S on Akali, it said that I earned the mastery chest but I never received it. Is this a bug?

If your playing in a group and a person in your group gets and S- S or S+ you will receive a chest from them getting that rating. As for the other one sometimes the client is slow at giving out rewards for your effort so if you don't get a box for getting an S- or higher then it would be best to make a support ticket to help you get your rewards.
