Leaver Buster Glitch [CLIENT]

I am experiencing a bug, where when one of my teammates, or a member of the enemy team dodges the game by not banning or not locking in a champion, I get punished according to the leaver buster system. It has happened every time someone dodges by allowing the clock to run out, but not if someone outright leaves the game.
