Black Screen of Death 2015

Hi all, so to give a little back story on my issue. I recently had multiple virus attacks on my computer and after 24 hrs of scanning through 3 different anti malware and deleted and reinstalling my games. I finally get to play league and when i open up my launcher i get a black screen similar to previous issues i have read before. The launcher pops up but there is no play button visible, the question mark and gear icons don't work the minimize and "X" button do work. I Have tried using some of the methods of previous threads and maybe i thought I'm doing something wrong to fix them. I really need some guidance on how to fix.
