Unable to launch the game. (not client)

Half-repost from reddit because no one cares to answer me there.

Out of the bat: I cannot give you any logs. I try to press yes to do full dumps but before I get a single chance to look at where the dump is, the window closes. I also tried to reinstall the client. Did nothing as well

So basically I click play and TFT to start a match. I am in queue, accept match, and then the crashing magic happens.

I am unable to launch the game client at all. I am stuck at either the "Reconnect" button which I tried to click 50 times, yet nothing happens, game simply doesn't even bother launching anymore. The other situation that happens more often after the "reconnect button" phase is over is the league client without anything at the top, no home, no play button, nothing. I think this is normal when you're in game however considering the situation I'm not really in the actual game at all, and it theoretically should make me quit. But it's not. It keeps me at the "in game" state and when in the 2nd state i talked about earlier I am unable to do anything. When I come back, it's the same. Reconnect button, when pressed doesn't work and goes back to the 2nd client state. I do not understand this at all. Everyone is able to play, but not me. I also tried to play a normal league match, on bots just incase anything happens. And the same thing happened. So I have confirmation this isn't just TFT, but my overall client. Anyone knows what's the cause of this?
