[GamePlay] Nidalee Spears Lock up/stun monsters in the jungle

I'm a pretty big fan of Nidalee so I wanted to test the new "On The Hunt" with monsters and every monster I hit with a spear: Red,Blue even Scuttles, gets locked and kinda shakes around on the spot, as though it's stuck for about 1 second unable to move. It makes the jungle easier to deal with but I think this is unintended as there is no mention of it anywhere in the skill description. It would be much preferable if this was an intended thing and just skipped being in a description :P If you want to replicate the bug, you only have to throw a spear at red or blue and you will see it. -Tjturtle
