[Client] Unable to view ranked stats

This bug has been consistently here all season, and intermittent last season. When clicking on 'Leagues' in your profile, the 'See More Stats' button is always grayed out and can't be clicked on. Last season it was always grayed out the first time you went to the page, but if you switched tabs and then switched back it would light up. Currently it doesn't activate even if you do that.
