LPQ Bug

5 months ago the power went out in my apartment during a game and i got placed in LPQ. No biggie, i can do chores while i wait anyway. The issue here is that my time keeps resetting whenever i have 2 or 1 min left on my 10 mins LPQ. This has been going on 5 months back. I only have 2 games left. The other 8 i was just lucky the timer reached 0. Its been 5 patches and this hasn't been resolved. What is going on?
