[GLITCH] Refer a Friend hasn't updated for months

So I refered my friend since January, and since then he has been playing off and on. Recently he has reached level 10, which would allow me to receive the reward from referring him. However when I check the completed referrals it still says he is level 1. I know he has passed level 1 a long time ago, which leaves me to believe it has not been updated for months.
