Banshee - Nocturne Bug (GAMEPLAY)

Hello.I was playing as adc against a nocturne in the enemy team.I was dead and waiting for my deathtimer to end while waiting i noticed the bug.I was dead and i had banshee passive active.I had like 10-15 sec to respawn and nocturne ulted (while i was still dead) and i noticed he's ult triggered my banshee passive and i respawned without banshee's passive.Its not something big but its a still bug i guess :)
