Ekko's q in his Halloween skin goes invisible on the way back to him

I was playing URF and ekko threw out his Q and I could see it when it was sent out, but the circle disappears when it reaches max range, and goes back to him.

not sure if this is just an urf bug or on summoners rift as well.
