stuck on reconnect tab after remake even after the task is terminated, i have full memory dump

I joined a blind pick game to get more points on my aphelios, had to remake because the jungle didn't connect. The game ends and it shows me the reconnect page, didn't think much of it since i thought i could restart my league through task manager and it'll be done. I go and terminate the task, launch the game again and its the same. I do this several more times, 4-5 times to be accurate, same result. I have the full memory dump of the error if you need it, its been like this since 8:46 pm GMT+1 time and nothing so far. Please help me get this over and done soon.
