Match History down, Random disconnects

Since last night whenever I try to go to match history online, all get is a blank page, and it doesn't change no matter what browser I use or what device I use. I tried it on my laptop, desktop, and phone, and got the same results each time. The box where match history is supposed to be exists but it is empty. Also, on an unrelated note, I've been disconnecting randomly since last night as well. Its not my connection because everything else works perfectly, but when i happens the ms always goes to exactly 500 and i d/c. The attempting to reconnect prompt comes up, and stays there, until I leave the game. When I leave the game the client usually crashes, but when I eventually manage to rejoin the game everything is fine, until the next time it happens.
