[GAMEPLAY] Thresh hook Bug

I've noticed a bug with Thresh's death sentence (Q spell). Normally when Thresh uses his death sentence on a target he is not able to auto attack for a couple of seconds due to the fact he is still "linked" with his target. But same happens when Thresh kills his target with death sentence. Thresh just stand there, unable to auto attack even though the hook is gone.
