[Gameplay] Can't evolve Kha'zix abilities while dead

Normal ARAM Howling Abyss as Kha'zix.

  1. Leveled up
  2. died
  3. Tried to evolve abilities and could not successfully select one.
  4. Was able to select again once alive.

I don't play Kha'zix normally so I don't know how frequent the issue is.

I'm pretty sure Kha's supposed to work like that.

You need to go through the animation, that's why.

Upgrading a spell causes khazix to channel for a few seconds. He can't do that when dead. Working as intended.
