Got An S but no chest !!

hello guys ... today i played Jinx and Rakan ... i got S+ with Jinx & S with Rakan i also played Bard n got an S ... the thing is i didn't receive any chest though i have an available chest !!! can u help with this problem ?? note: i don't have chests with these three champs yet

there is a cooldown on the chests, have you already recieved a chest from any other champion today?

you can earn as many chests in a day that you currently have. The only cd on chests is the 7 day recharge on them. I have earned 4 chests in one day before.
