Purchased a 2018 Halloween Ward with my World Tokens and the Ward is no where to be found in my inventory. How can I get this issue resolved?

submit a ticket will get you the fastest results. boards usually does nothing.

You're assuming that the Support tickets do anything at all either. OP they'll probably say you imagined having bought it or they have no way of verifying you actually made the purchase, so to try again next year or some crap like that.

if its in your purchase history on your account they will see that. solved my issue many times.
