[GAMEPLAY] complete game malfunction

Game where there are a few things off: Towers are not shooting, minions are not damaging eachother and the ping is spiking for everyone. I asked the enemies if they had the same and this was the case. i could walk to their base and chill with them inside their fountain. PLease look into this. the game became unplayable so we just waited out the 20 minutes.
