[GAMEPLAY] My windows cursor bugged out and it won't change into the in-game cursor

My out of game mouse is showing up in game, whenever I load into a game the cursor doesn't change from the windows mouse to the glove cursor and I would be fine with it if it wasn't actually disrupting my game play. When I load in I can't even buy items without something happening like when I right-click and item to buy it it will exit out of the game window and show the right-click settings like i right-clicked on the actual icon outside of the game. Whenever I try to ping the cursor line to show what I'm pinging goes crazy and I cant ping the right things in time. The worst part is that I can't even chat in-game and when I hold control and click on one of my abilities it will activate that ability. It started when one game had just started and it was loading the other players loading screens and I had closed out google chrome while it was loading me in and the cursor didn't change. Is anyone else having this issue? rito pls halp
