Sylas R bug

Sylas R (Lee Sin) went on full cooldown without doing anything due to what I assume was a vision loss in the middle of the animation. I am not sure if Lee kick also cancels on vision loss - I assume so: but I am 100% sure it does not go on full cooldown. Not even a small one - its immediately reusable just like Darius or Garen.

I am pretty sure Sylas R behaves with every ult like this regardless of whether it got cancelled through untargebility or vision loss even if the original ult doesnt behave like this.
