10 LP for a ranked win?

I only got 10lp for a ranked win, usually would get about 23lp cause of my elo for a win, would of put me into promos, is this due to ranked going into maintenance before my game ended?

its because it was a loss prevented game, the other team gets loss prevented you get less lp but you still get some, and yea when any issue affects league that could effect ranked I am pretty sure thats when they give you that

Same happened to me... but what maintenance happened? It says I can still queue for ranked.
