my honor is levelling down everytime i got the last checkpoint for the next one without reason

why when I reach the last one point to get the next honor level istead of level up I got a honor with lower level ? like honor 3 to 4 ill go to 2(sry for bad English)

You do know that at the start of the season the honor level resets, right?
