Loading screen freeze my computer entirely

The game was fine prior to my pc reset because of some complications, but after the reset, I reinstalled league and tried to play a few game. Instead of loading like usual, I get to a percentage then freezes entirely, I can't open task manager, alt tab or perform any actions. The laptop I'm using to play league on is an msi ge62 apache pro so it shouldn't have a problem with issues running multiple tasks at once. Again, it was fine before but now literally unplayable. I haven't try to reinstall it but I doubt it will work. Note: Every other game is fine, just League is giving me trouble. Update: If you are using Window 10, which is likely, and have the same trouble then you might want to disable Xbox DVR. Problem is fixed.
