Horrendous FPS dips since preseason patch went live.

I play on average 230-240 fps. Up until this patch, the game is now rendered unplayable. I dip to 50 fps, and more commonly, SINGLE DIGIT FPS. I'm going from 240 fps, to I kid you not, 01 fps or even sometimes 00. The game pauses while the dip happens and I can't do anything for an entire second. That happens while CSing, trading, team fights. Like hello? How is this still live 2-3 days after the patch?

edit: I've repaired, reinstalled, played with settings, nothing. I went from capped settings to all LOW and nothing changes. i7 7700k, 16 gigs of ram, 1070ti. I jump from this to FFXIV and OW and this is only happening on League.

Yeah, it's not just you, I'm on an I7 1080 with 24 gigs of ram. Spikes/jumps every 3 seconds.

I've been seeing these posts for about the past 15 patches... Either you all are just overestimating your shit PC (I play on a 7 year old laptop at 60fps FLAT, no complaints from me NEVER) or Rito has officially joined the gang of 'Release the pc game in beta instead of finished'

Huh, I've not noticed too much of a difference-- though, to be fair... I've had all time FPS high of 72 with an average of 20-35 frames per second (10-20 FPS in teamfights). I guess when you're used to shit FPS, when things get shittier, you just don't notice because things were shit to begin with.

My HP Pavilion 500 is trying its hardest. 4GB of RAM... sigh.

I also average 200+ fps but Yes, I also have the same problem. The Frame Drop issue. (I do not use any overlays or outside programs. I tried reinstalling league multiple times (clean reinstall), formatting my computer, yet nothing helped) Its looking pretty hopeless.
