Challenger Nidalee Spears Causing Frame Drops

Challenger Nidalee spears cause frame drops, it seems to be when she throws it from off screen and it comes into view. Drops frames for 1-2 seconds. Happened multiple times during the game and multiple people were affected by the frame drop.
