[GAMEPLAY] Garen can't hit the Nexus

If Garen is using an Elixir of Iron, and he uses his Q, Garen cannot hit the Nexus, although he can target it. To recreate this bug, play Garen and use an Elixir of Iron. Then try to attack the nexus.
