Black selection Screen

Booted up my computer to get my first IP daily of the day vs bots match on beginner summoners rift and all i got was a black screen soon as i hit accept. Had to close it and now i have a penalty time out

90 windows services disabled using up 290mb of memory for faster 3 second boot times on 2TB hard drive but LoL was working fine yesterday.
