[Gameplay] Jinx and Ashe missing their Q "on" toggle icons after Patch 4.19

I've noticed that after Patch 4.19 that Jinx's Q (Switcheroo!) does not have the little icon above it to indicate which gun she is using. It is virtually impossible to tell without using the gun.

The same goes for Ashe's Q (Frost Shot), although there is a little silver border that sparkles around it. An icon indicator would be much more visible however. This happens every time I play Jinx and Ashe.

Are other people having this problem? I talked to at least one other person who experienced the same issue with Jinx.

Same, was playing Ashe was super confused.

It happens to Warwick's E (Blood Scent) too. Doesn't show to icon even when you have it activated, you have to look for the silver border thingy instead. Is this happening to all of the toggle abilities?

I think it is a bug and not a change, because when I first take switcheroo it shows the buff icon for Pow Pow. When you switch the first time it goes away and never comes back.

You can tell which gun you have--the icon for Q shows the one you don't have equipped. However, without the buff icon I sometimes end up spamming Q trying to get the right gun, and in that case looking at my Q icon doesn't help much.
