[Gameplay] is something wrong? galio W bug

Ive been playing galio in ranked, and ive noticed a diffrence. I think the new update might have triggerd a bug cuz i dont get as much healh from my w. It worked really well before but now i just take a big hit and die. can someone look into this further. ive lost 1 allmost 2 games.
