Dynamic queue having issues

I just got done playing a game of league, i go back to play another and when i click ranked/ norm draft pick the client has a black screen and it doesn't let me do anything. I can still go back to the home screen, store, etc but I can't do anything else. Blind pick is working fine. I closed and reopened the client to no success. Any help?
