Ok in of one the game the other day I played a game (doesn't matter).

I played against a Braum cait on my team. Braum proc his passive onto cait. its was 3 charge one more basic to stun, she got aways, as she continue to run the Braum Passive"" Disappear"" right almost at the same time Trist lane a basic attack onto cait. braum passive refresh trist manage to lane 3 more basic to stun cait.

Note: during the moment Braum Passive ""DISAPEAR"" he never actually lane any basic attack/or ability on cait to refresh his passive.

Is this a bug ?
