[CLIENT UPDATE]

While downloading the latest patch, the downloaded blue MB number goes up but as this happens, the grey MB number also increases downloading forever. (Got up to 1.5gb/1.6gb)

1. Open league client expecting wednesday update
2. Update loads infinitely, with an exponentially decreasing speed progress bar Has happened every time i try to download patch 10.3.
