Loading time

Ok.

So in the last 1 week I have been experiencing one of if not the worst experiences ever. First thing is first. After champion select I can't alt+tab or else I won't be able to access the client again only after spawning. I will always get 0 ping at the beginning. And last but not least, I load very slow. The problem is not my computer because other games work perfectly. Here are my specs: I7 8700k 16 gb ddr4 1080ti and Intel Optane on which I installed League. So how to solve these problems?
