Can't open capsules, use shards and didn't receive Blue Essence from loot after Preseason Release

So I've been having quite an annoying problem. Ever since the Preseason update, I haven't been able to open received honor capsules, chests, use skin, wardskin or champion shards, and I also haven't received the Blue Essence I had in loot from disenchanting shards or from runes.

Hope there'll be a fix for it because I really want to open my stuff and see what I got and also be rewarded for what I bought/disenchanted before.

EDIT: Opened up League on laptop, worked now. Still annoying to have to switch from PC to laptop just to open up some stuff, still didn't receive my rewards except the border and the honor wardskin.
