patch issues

My patch has apparently been a slowly corrupting and so i had to fix it and because of the issues with it my que has been lowered in priority and i don't see why i must suffer because i cant get any of the support details or the support login to work and this is why riot needs a support hot line i could call to inform them of the issue so i don't have to spend two hours feeling like they don't care about the problems that there players have unless they are willing to come here in which i hate the forums because the fact they do not help me and if we want to suggest an idea that might be good it doesn't matter because they wont use it even if they have your permission
