QUEUE LAG WHEN YOU PICK

i have 20 minuts ban and from morning i try to play a game i finish my ban and i find a game when i am at champion select screen enemys or from my team or me sometimes lag like we press lock but its no locked and stack on 0 seconds for 5 minuts 5 games like this and i wait 5 times 20 minuts :((((((( usually at fourth position its lag or at bans gg riot 5 games 20 minuts game waste
