Kicked off line for update?i

i was just in game and then i got kicked dc i was trying to open the client back up but then it was updating?? I'm not sure whats going on but i have never been kicked off line for an update before. Im hoping it docent result in anything happening but I'm frustrated that i am getting booted out of a game due to an update
