Old Version Bug

Today when i got on, my Lol was somehow on the older version. I cannot play or message anyone because of the bugs and lags. I was wondering if there is any way you guys can help me. The borders are different/old, the messages are different/old, the friends list is different/old and many more. I am sad i cannot play anymore. I spent alot of money on this account and was wondering if you guys can fix it. Also, I tried deleting game and reinstalling. Nothing works. (accept me pbe app.)
